Yesterday I said that all fashion starts in the mind of the designers. Today I declare that I am a fashion designer myself! And yes, you are a designer too :) If you have your own style, then you are a designer. Simple concept, huh?
With that said, at Almost Girl, the author writes about fashion designers:
"Think of fashion designers as the coders of lifestyle. Or if that is too abstract think of them as magicians, creating something out of nothing that dazzles us not just with the clothing but the experience of the clothing. Because most of us have forgotten how to be magicians long ago, we need designers to recreate the magic for us. We don’t have the time to dedicate to the imagination anymore that once made the world an enchanted place."
