It's the start of India's Lakme Fashion Week and model and actress 
Elizabeth Hurley made an appearance to share in the celebration. She helped kick off a bash of the 10th Anniversary of Verve Magazine, a fashion and lifestyle magazine, of which Hurley is featured on the cover. Elizabeth also just launched her own website last week: www.elizabethhurley.com, so she definitely has lots to celebrate!
Going on its eighth year, Lakme Fashion Week will have two new showcases this year, the "Emerging Designer Category" and "GenNext", both showcasing new and upcoming talent.
So, it looks like India is starting to make its mark in the fashion world as well!
