I'm reminiscing of that old song by Run DMC. Although Reebok's were my shoe of choice back in the day, I do have to say that Adidas is 
now the one for me! I have a white pair with the pink stripes and a black pair with pink stripes. Sorry, Nike, Adidas has you beat in comfort. I could stand all day in those shoes and be fine!
Well, Style.com's item of the week happens to be a pair of limited edition Adidas that comes with a paint set so that you can design your very own pair. Here's the killer part for me (being the budget-minded person that I am): $300 per pair! Only 1,000 pairs were made.
Ok, I can understand if a portion of the proceeds went to the people in the factories who made the shoes or sumthin', but wow - $300 a pop! I already have the paint, Adidas, can I get a discount?
