Move over Paris Hilton, Sienna Miller has made the fashion "It Girl" list. 
I just came across an article that says it was Sienna who started the necklace layering, the cowboy boots with the skirt, skinny jeans tucked in boots, and now the current legging trend.
How can one person make such an impact on what other women wear?
That must be the million dollar question of the year....
With all do respect to Sienna, but who is she to say what is "in" or "out"?
It's time for us to stop being followers and start creating our own style and making our own trends....
