I'm going on week 3 of no TV, so I'm somewhat out of the loop when it comes to fashion marketing on TV. Although I do have to admit that I don't miss it too much - advertising, that is.
Rich Ottum, over at MarketingBlurb.com, talks about the newest marketing strategy that Old Navy has implemented. Rich says that "Perhaps this so-called branded entertainment will swallow content all together, and all television programming will be reduced to product pitches."
Yikes!
It kindof reminds me of Vogue - how the magazine has turned into one big periodical full of advertisements.
Where has all the quality content gone?
