I've often wondered what the big attraction to Tiffany jewelry was.
The pieces are quite simple, although there are some collections that I do admire and yes, I do admit are very fabulous. This goes to show that simplicity does have its place in the market. The idea of owning a "Tiffany" piece is what makes it a profitable company. Establishing the brand has benefitted this company tenfold.
The jewelry retailer has already placed their stakes in the far East, and will continue to expand with the opening of two more stores in China. It plans to open more stores in places such as Vancouver, Vienna, Macau, Monterey in Mexico, Tucson, Nashville, Indianapolis and Atlantic City. There are also plans to launch six new jewelry collections which will be designed by Frank Gehry and be featured in a few of the U.S. and Japan stores.
There seems to be no slowdown for this jewelry giant...
