ad with Mischa Barton, star of The O.C....
I would have to say that although Mischa is a beautiful person, she doesn't do this ad justice and I think she should probably stick to acting. I'm not quite sure who was the photograper or who actually picked this particular ad to be the final product, but someone, somewhere screwed up.
I'm not a model, but I've learned quite a few things from Tyra Banks. Modeling is about "the eyes", and Mischa's eyes just look lost. I've seen other ads with zombie-like models (Prada comes to mind), however, the models are still in the realm of the photo. Mischa Barton just looks like she's in la-la land.
Just my two cents...

I like the ad (or image). I like Mischa's makeup, and she looks pretty, but too skinny. I don't greatly like it as an ad, though, because even though I'd pause to look at it, I don't see a focus on clothing.
