I recently discovered Coutorture, an online fashion community, where there is a wealth of information about everything fashion. Join in on discussions, take a fashion poll, read product reviews... you can definitely have fun, interact, make connections, and engage with the fashion community at large.
Coutorture was started by Julie Fredrickson of Almost Girl and Philip Leif Bjerknes of Millionaire Socialite. I love how the site engages the readers and invites divas from everywhere to participate.
I applaud Coutorture's philosophy:
"Coutorture’s philosophy on fashion is simple: it touches everyone. Whether you are a heartland soccer mom, an urban hipster, or a jet setting McKinsey consultant fashion defines who you are, what you want to be, and what image you project to the world. It is our view that fashion need not be superficial or irrelevant but rather can serve to enhance, inspire, and enliven our lives. Promoting the diverse fashion community will be Coutorture’s mission."
Bravo!
