
Yesterday I talked about the power of fashion bloggers and how fashion media is changing at the speed of light…It looks like fashion can change at the speed of light too – literally.
Today I came across this article from PC Magazine that says MIT’s media lab is conducting research on clothing material that can change and be updated whenever the wearer wants it to. For instance, you can have a shirt that’s all blue and if you decided you want the shirt to have a design, you program the shirt to change.
I’m a little blown away by this concept. However, that could mean less money spent on clothing because I could simply change the color of my pants and nobody would know! The project is called Urbanhermes and you can read more about it here…








Traditionally we have read fashion magazines and watched MTV or VH1 to get the latest scoop on the fashion industry, but now with the advent of computers, cell phones, and YouTube, we’re afforded the luxury of being able to relay stories and fashion news via multiple channels.
