Being a fashion designer is all about being creative and unique.  Who wants their clients to get lost in the crowd at the mall wearing things that aren't remarkable?  Maybe I'm a little biased, but I think jewelry designers have the upper hand when it comes to creating very unique fashion pieces. 

I've met many jewelry designers in the seven years that I've been designing jewelry, and just about every single one of them has created pieces like no other.  One particular jewelry designer whose pieces have captured my fancies is Cluny Grey. Pictured here is one of her pieces.  Her work is truly inspiring :)

I've learned that people tend to forget what clothing you wore...but they sure do remember the jewelry!
