Zoe is the winner of this "Big Hullabaloo Fashiony Event" (a phrase adopted by Zoe, I think) called the "Perrier Bubbling Under" put on by Gen Art. This diva, big-famous-designer in the making won $10,000 and has eight weeks to make a design for another competition in Miami!
