I stumbled upon the Second Style Fashionista blog just now...and as 
I'm reading the entries, I'm wondering who these fashion designers and companies are and why all the pictures are all in digital form.
Then it hits me...
Oh! This is part of that Second Life world where you can literally have a second life. I had read about this website awhile ago in Business Week.
Second Life is a new virtual 3-D online world where you can take up residence and pretty much do anything and create anything you want. You can open up a clothing store and sell your goods to any of the other 200,000+ residents of Second Life. Yes, you can actually trade in your U.S. dollars for Linden dollars and buy anything in the Second Life Marketplace.
It's quite interesting..this Second Style blog. I feel like I've gone to another planet. From what I've seen so far, the fashion is about the same as here on planet Earth. Someone asks if fashion is a bad long-term business in Second Life...Check out the answer...
