Many digital fashionistas have set up shop in Second Life and now the fashion retailer, American Apparel, has taken advantage of this new venue for marketing by opening up their own virtual store. Although the company just opened up a couple weeks ago and isn't making that much money (the goods sell for $1), the idea makes for good PR.
