Well, H&M is at it again. The Swedish retailer is making plans to build 
at 505 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, which will be the 10th store in the area.1 Can you just imagine 25,000 square feet of H&M clothing?
Throughout the years the site hasn't been very profitable for businesses, but apparently H&M knows that if they build it, the fashionistas will come.
For those gals who have been living in a cave and don't know who H&M is....*smile*...This is a company that has very fashionable clothing at very low prices. They now have over 1,200 stores in 22 countries and looks like they just keep on growing!
