It’s that time of the week again...Carnivale of Couture and oh, the topic is one that brings me much joy! Purses, handbags, totes - a diva can never have enough of them ;) Designer Ella over at Pursed Lips is hosting and she asks a question that can be answered in a heartbeat:
1) If you were to only have the allowance for one Big Name designer IT Bag, what would it be? (This is a dream to many with the allowance for none!)
2 ) If you were given $10,000 (ooookayyyyyy, $20,000 if you’re a superdiva) to buy only ‘IT’ Big Name designer bags, which dream ones would you buy (or just one perhaps)? (You can save some of the cash left over for something else not to be mentioned.) Yes, please do try to keep track of general prices, and authentic and real-life eBay prices count if you would opt for auctions (although if you can’t tell authentic, skip the lower-priced ones, natch!).

Now, of course, D.E. Must have been reading my mind when she posted the picture of the coveted Birkin bag. Priced in the five digit range, it’s a bag you must take care of like a baby! I like the clean lines, classy and timeless design of the bag - not to mention it can hold everything a fashionista needs by her side at all times, you know, lipstick, a copy of her favorite fashion mag, and the invitation to P.Diddy’s gala during Fashion Week ;) (Hey, it’s my dream, ok!) Oh, and since I'll have some money left over because I'll be buying it at a discount, I'll take the Fendi B.Bag I talked about a few months ago...
