Chicago, "The Windy City", is known for the Sears Tower, Chicago Cubs, and uhh...it's fashion? Well, this is what Chicago's mayor, Richard Daley, is hoping for as he just hired the city's first "fashion director". Her name is Melissa Turner, a former lawyer, who is being commissioned to revive Chicago's fashion community and keep the fashion designers from heading to L.A. or New York.
