I’m one that doesn’t believe in putting all your eggs in one basket. If you ever get to read Mark Hansen’s Multiple Streams of Income, it will definitely open your eyes and make you realize that a flow of cash from different investments is the way to go.

Sixty brand of jeans is opening up a hotel in Italy called the Miss Sixty Hotel. It’s a high end hotel, of course, with a very modern facade. Each room is uniquely designed by different artists and comes with web cams so you can meet and socialize with other hotel guests.
