There’s been a bit of an onslaught of online social networking websites sprouting up these days. MySpace is booming, along with Digg, and even Flickr is starting to grow as the “place to be” - similar to those downtown clubs I used to frequent back in the day. These online places are the clubs for “internet heads” - a phrase my boyfriend coined.
For fashionistas there is a new fashion community, Second Chance
Fashion, dedicated to bringing together designers and artists in the fashion industry. They have different groups that you could join, share your experiences, get tips from others in the industry, and pretty soon they’ll have their own store where you can buy second fashion gear. Check out their blog to find out some of the new members and just company news in general.
