Instead of advertising heavily, they rely on a frequent flow of new products to lure customers into stores. These retailers introduce new designs to the racks two to three times per week versus just ten to 12 times per year in traditional stores.”
Examples of companies who provide fast fashion include European retailers Topshop, H&M, and Zara. Topshop is actually making moves to come into the U.S. next year.

I personally love fast fashion. It gives me the opportunity to dress at a higher level; a classier level, without having to pay designer prices. I often shop at H&M and Zara, and they change their inventory often enough that you won't always see everyone else wearing the same thing.
btw, love your blog :)
