“She literally looks like a skeleton doing a zombie pose. The facial expression is dead. And, what is she doing with that bent wrist, counting the seconds until she can bite into a Chimichanga because the photo shoot is finally over, and she's allowed to eat. I realize that the color black is slimming, but this picture is really unhealthy…”
I do like that Gap (GPS) has used Audrey Hepburn, one of my favorite beauty icons, in their latest ad campaign. It’s different.
Well, speaking of skinny…I often wonder when or if the standard size for models is every going to change. I’m just waiting for one model to come out that is of “regular” height and weight. I want her to shatter this “standard” that we have and evolve the way the modeling industry thinks and works.

I agree too that the Gap did a great job with the Audrey Hepburn commerical, and the other models in the black skinny pants campaign are pretty thin but they at least have life in their eyes. This girl stood out as the worst to me, and maybe the funky pose compounds the gauntness. Seriously, she needs to at least hit that Fresh Choice salad bar.
And like you, I'm waiting for that "regular" model to shatter the bag of bones ceiling.
