I just found out via The Jewelry Blog that Ka-Gold-Jewelry is holding a contest on jewelry designs. The winner will see a model of their design in 14K gold (or 5 of the model items in silver). How does the contest work? This is taken from the Ka-Gold-Jewelry website:
- People submit models.
- We check and approve.
- Users vote for the best models (each user can vote for 3 models).
- David select 5 favorite models (each will receive +10 votes).
- At the end date we freeze votes and declare winner.
- David implements the model in 14K and ships it to the winner.
- One week later a new contest starts.
- Most models will proceed to the new contest with 0 votes.
- 10 best models will start with 5% of the old votes.
