Good Monday, dear readers! I’m enjoying my first taste of fall here in San Diego! Sitting here in Panera doing some blogging and pretending that I’m in New York enjoying the shows. Ahhh....
Robin Givhan of the Washington Post has some of her own personal reviews of the shows and I’d like to give her a shout-out because she linked to me in a recent post titled “Dogs in a Buggy”.
With all the shows and the partying going on I don’t think I’d sleep a wink! Funny - I had a dream last night that I met up with Julie of Coutorture and I walked up to her to introduce myself. Julie’s eyes were bloodshot red and she looked like she was in some kind of trance.
“Hi, I’m Maria of The Runway Scoop,” I said to Julie and she just stared at me with a blank look on her face - obviously exhausted from covering all the shows!
What a random dream! Whoah - I think I’ve been blogging too much ;)
I'd sleep. I hate parties. I also hate to over-work TOO much, so I wouldn't go to that many shows. I couldn't do what Julie does, with my network, I take it slowly. (Things have gotten out of hand lately though... and I think it's time to pull back in some areas, until we have the megabucks for full-time staff! No real announcements or decisions on exactly what I'm doing though.)
Anyway, I dreamt about my Coach SA! And a Coach key fob. Ha ha!
