Fashion Cops Taking Over the Runway?
No, it’s not the same “fashion police” that I know you’re thinking of.  This is about literally the fashion cops that have been employed by the organizers of Lakme Fashion Week in India to keep an eye on the models who may deliberately have a “wardrobe malfunction” as was the case during last season’s fashion week in Mumbai.  gauhar-khan-lifw-wardrobe-malfunction.jpg

Hmmm....Now why are there only men keeping an eye on the
models?  Will they be in the dressing rooms with these models too, I wonder?  Shouldn’t there be women keeping an eye out too? 

Designers have been given a “28-point” checklist that they have to follow so that these wardrobe mishaps don’t occur.  Supposedly some of the models have said that they like this new system.  Read more...
