Some of you regular readers know that I like to complain about actresses who model and I’ve said here earlier that I’m over it. I know that actresses have this appeal...blah, blah, blah. Style Tribe offers an opinion on the Celebrity vs. Model debate:

“No one wants a cover with a girl who can't command attention, and a 15 year old girl is rarely in a position to pull off the necessary confidence. Actresses, then, are a natural choice. They have a following, they have personality, and they can express through their appearance.”

I’m beginning to understand that in advertising, people respond to endorsers who are attractive. Yes, I do agree that actresses would be a natural choice since there seems to be a shortage of good models nowadays. So, ok, I’m put in my place. I won’t complain any longer about this issue. You have my word for it...well, maybe...
