Naomi Campbell doesn’t think the fashion industry should be blamed for the skinny models that walk down the runway.  At the Elle Style Awards in London she said:

"You can't blame the industry for a psychological disease. It is a disease, like alcohol or drugs, and the industry is not to blame."

To a certain extent I do agree with her - that it is a psychological disease - but who or what caused the disease?  You learn from your environment and if your environment is surrounded by skinny women who complain that they’re “fat” and designers who say that clothes look “better” on skinny women, then that’s going to affect you psychologically, is it not?  If that’s all you see, then it starts to become your reality.  

Naomi Campbell has no clue.   She’s been brain-washed like the rest of the skinny models...
