Shareholders of Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc. (EBHI) rejected a $286 million buyout 
offer from two firms last Thursday. The offer was for $9.25 a share and as of this writing the company's stock is trading at $8.98. Read more about it at The New York Times. If that wasn't enough, the CEO of the company, Fabian Mansson, resigned on Friday. Read more at Reuters.
