Every designer has a vision for their show or some kind of “atmosphere” they want to create.  After looking at the photos from Benjamin Cho’s show, the first word that came to mind was “gothic”.  All I could focus on were the models’ eyes! 

I can just picture a celebrity walking down the red carpet with this dress on. Comedians would have a field day with this one! I have to admit that it’s almost absolute genius...in an eery, freaky kinda way.  

I just had to see what everyone else was saying about this show... The Shopping Nerd says: “...Because you can't really top disembodied plastic hands as shoulder straps, especially when they're positioned to simulate motion. I think I'm going to have nightmares.”

MollyGood says: “...unlike the overpriced, recycled, bedazzled nonsense traditionally jammed into your psyche at fashion shows, this stuff looks like it might actually be on the cutting edge.”

The Ms. Cathy Horyn says: “...Mr. Cho works and thinks like an artist, betraying both his love and his doubts about fashion.”
