Well, it is inevitable that the marketplace for apparel and accessories would grow. This article over at NorthJersey.com says that the more people are beginning to buy their shoes online and competition has grown fierce among companies.
I know of Zappos.com and have purchased shoes from them before. I’ve given Zappos.com’s customer service a thumbs up and highly recommend the company. How many companies do you know of that offer free return shipping plus free overnight shipping during the holidays?
I’ve always believed that the mark of a successful company is how they treat their customers. Time will only tell which companies in the online shoe industry will win the hearts of the fashionistas. The shoes can woo the customers into buying from you, but if you’re not treating them right, they’ll find another company to be loyal to.

i am not much of an online shopper. i hate to just order anything online. i am more of a "real" life buyer. meaning, i want to see in person the thing that i am going to pay for, i wanna first try it on and see if it really suits me or if i am comfortable wearing what i am going to pay for. i don't wanna waste time sending back items just because it turned out to be not well fitted for me.
i do try and look for new designs of shoes online. i just google around. mostly, i goodgle for flats. i am much of a walker, so, flats are comfortable for me. but i don't purchase what i like online, i go to store and check if something like it is available.
