You don’t read too much about fashion from many of the Asian countries and being that I have a couple Vietnamese friends, I thought I’d share this news article I came across about the Vietnam Spring-Summer Fashion Week which will begin tomorrow and last until April 2.  It will take place at the Sofitel Plaza Hotel in Hanoi and will feature over 1,000 designs from designers in the region. 

And speaking of Vietnamese fashion, the only fashion designer that I know of that is Vietnamese is Chloe Dao, the winner of Project Runway Season 2.  And what is she up to nowadays, I wonder?  I visited her Lot 8 website and didn’t find any pictures of her new Urbanites collection and her MySpace blog hasn’t been updated since early this year.
