Think about it. For the seven pairs of cheap, smelly, corn-giving, oh-so-painful shoes you have, you could have one or two very well-made leather shoes that will last you several years - if not more. Many shoe companies thrive off the fact that they could sell you a $30 pair of shoes over and over and over again. To them it’s much better than selling you a $200 pair and not seeing again for another six months or so - unless you are a shoe-aholic and simply love buying a $200 pair every week from the same company ;)

The way to handle the cheap shoe influx is to mix great quality with the lesser quality. A girl needs a new pair of shoes almost weekly by mixing she will have the right colors for that hot outfit and the classic $300.00 pair forever. The way of fashion today is leaning toward a more disposable state, if you have a little of both you can create your own style.
