As I’m reading Fashion is Spinach’s post about Zubair Kirmani’s collection, I can’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. Yay - girls can be girls again and women can dress good and look good without having to show off any T&A. (If you don’t know what T&A stands for, ask your mom!) 
One of the reasons I blog about Indian fashion so much is that I feel that the designers have something unique and different to offer. They can certainly teach us that we can still look fashionable without having to wear low-cut tops and skirts that leave nothing to the imagination. Well, not to say that many of the couture and high fashion designers from other parts of the world aren’t doing what some Indian designers are doing... One fashion designer that comes to mind when I think of ultra chic and classy is Oscar de la Renta.
I guess I’m just happy to see other fashion bloggers showing India some love...
