I have noticed something very disturbing that takes place in the realm of "Celebrity". Everytime there is a -Star Studed Event- the topic of fashion tends to supercede or belittle the importance of the actual event that takes place. What should be more important- winning an Oscar or the best styled hair contest--Winning a Grammy or wrecking your nerves wondering if everyone will approve of your dress and makeup. The behavior among celebrities has become outright childish. The judging, the name calling, the criticizing. Fashion is Art,
therefore paint yourself as the picture you wish to see because everyone has a different view of what is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It is impossible to get everyone to see it your way. Please Yourself. If every rennaisance artist would have succumb to the criticisms of the day, there would be a limited few pieces of imaginative grandeur that we consider Priceless Art. Remember that the imagination is your mind's internal vision expressed through you into external reality, so ask yourself what is more beautiful--Your vision or someone elses vision of you?
