Spring/Summer 2008 Menswear Reviews
I've been reviewing the menswear shows in Milan that are posted over at Style.com and so far I've looked at three collections: Emporio Armani, Prada, and Dolce & Gabbana.  To be quite honest, I'm not too impressed with anything I've seen so far, but then again I never really get too excited about the men's collections.  After all, I am a woman!  In all fairness to my men readers, however, I make an effort to cover menswear.

Maybe it's because I'm from the West and I'm just used to seeing shorts and flip-flops, but I just don't see many of these pieces from Armani, Prada, and D & G making it to the "street".  As brilliant and innovative the designers are, it just doesn't translate into everyday wear for me.

Pictured here is an ensemble from the Spring/Summer 2008 Prada collection.  I suddenly have flashbacks of my dad back in the 70's....
