For some reason the Spring 2007 Chloe collection had slipped my radar and I‘m just now viewing video clips of the runway show. I’ve always admired the Chloe handbags, but now I’ve really been turned on to the clothing.
What stands out for me in this spring collection is the flower embellishments and all the fun patchwork details. It reminds me of some of my greeting card designs.
Anyhow, this Chloe Spring collection is truly part of the Chloe girl sensibility. It is fun and flirty with that bohemian feel that Chloe is known for. I’m sad to see Phoebe Philo go, but there’s no doubt in my mind that the company will find someone to replace her.
