Ok, I must admit that I too am drawn to the word “sex” in an article, especially when it’s associated with the name Tom Ford. New York Magazine published an article about Mr. Ford in which the title was Tom Ford After Sex. Catchy headline, indeed and after reading it I had to lecture myself for falling into that trap. But then again, what the heck - sex is part of life ;)

In this article we get a glimpse into the mind of this uber-designer – a passionate designer oozing of sexual energy and someone who definitely has an affluent mindset. Some wonder if his new store will do well…However I don’t think that Tom is designing for those skeptics. I know that Tom knows his customer-base all too well.  He designs for himself and there are many men out there like him who love luxurious fabrics and designs.
