If you ask just about anyone in the fashion industry what city is the "fashion capital" of the world, they'll most likely say that New York is indeed the capital.  However, you'll have a few who will disagree and say that Paris is the fashion capital.  Well, according to the Global Language Monitor, a non-profit group that compiles an annual list of the top fashion cities, New York is at the top of the list.  However, it will come as a surprise to most that Rome was listed as the second top city for fashion. 

Here is the Top 25 list:
