Christopher Bailey has come a long way since he first came on the fashion scene as a designer for Donna Karan.  Then there was the time he spent with Tom Ford and Gucci.  Now this British-born designer is making headway under the Burberry brand.  Bailey has taken Burberry to another level with this Spring 2008 collection. 

The Burberry woman has become a warrior of sorts - with a glamorous twist.  Leather studded belts were prominent in the collection. Of course, we can't forget the trench coat that Burberry is famous for.  Then enter the wrap-around sunglasses that would make anybody a Matrix movie star.
