When we think of Giorgio Armani, we envision women dressed in "power wear". However, for Armani's Spring 2008 collection, surprisingly there is no power suit. Instead we get free flowing dresses and pieces fit for glamorous gypsies. We're also treated to a color palette of emerald green, midnight blue, beige, grey, and black. It's a reminder that spring doesn't have to be light and airy to be fabulous.
I like this collection. I've noticed that many of the spring collections for 2008 are not about body hugging pieces. If anything, we learn that a woman can still be beautiful without showing too much skin. It's about wearing clothing that you feel comfortable in.
