Fashion Industry discussion, review, analysis, news, and information

For those of you who don't know, Style.com has a blog called "Style File" which is updated daily with the latest fashion news from around the globe.  I spent some time reading it today and discovered this piece by Romney Leader wherein three modeling casting directors, Douglas Perrett, Massimo Cuviello, and Daniel Peddle, share their thoughts about the state of the fashion and modeling industries.  

After reading this, we can surmise that the industry is starting to lean towards models that have "substance" to them.  Whether it be ethnicity or weight, the modeling industry is slowly evolving.  I'm sensing that good things are coming our way...
