Marc Jacobs received quite a bit of flack for appearing two hours late for his show. Some people assumed that he was off having a drink...Allegations that Marc does deny. Even Julie of Almost Girl can vouch for him. I say: Who cares? Give the man a break. He works his butt off to create all these collections for Louis Vuitton, his self-titled brand, and Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Anyways, let's get off the negative stuff and move onto a video I discovered that features an interview with the young Marc Jacobs circa 2001.
Even at a young age you can tell that Marc Jacobs is a forward thinker who speaks his mind. You may or may not have noticed when he made the remark that he stays away from most of "these people" - probably referring to the haters in the fashion industry.
