Dobizo shares some interesting thoughts on the new Kellog's Collection: "Under the Hood":
"Now either someone is incredibly stupid and knows nothing about intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights and all that good stuff or Kellogg has made what they think to be a strategic move to gain ground in a new market."
My thoughts: Just a little cheesy. A tad bit. The presentation is just off. My boyfriend is into street wear and I know for a fact that he wouldn't want to wear the three Rice Krispies guys on his jacket. Some of the other pieces are ok - like the one pictured on the left...
However, I did discover the Karmaloop website the other day which offers brands such as Triple 5 Soul, DC, Royal Elastics, and Married to the Mob, just to name a few. Check out the Karmaloop blog.

I totally agree with you that streetwear is becoming cheesier. Don't get me wrong, I'm and editor of a streetwear site and there are a lot of good designers/brands out there, but a lot of people are trying to cash in on this category because of all the publicity it's getting.
I'm sure some of the cheese will die out on its own when people stop buying it, but the streeetwear category is becoming more popular these days.
Peace!
