When I was in high school, the main color palette that existed in my wardrobe was black and white. I was definitely one of those mod girls that listened to Depeche Mode and didn't even think to buy any article of clothing with pink in it.
So when I saw the pictures from the Givenchy Spring 2008 show, I traveled back in time 15 years. There was even a pair of white pants (pictured below) that reminded me of the MC Hammer pants I wore back then.
For a spring collection, this was very heavy. Oh, so dark. But then again, Riccardo Tisci for the past two years has given us a dark. Even the makeup was pretty smoky - in an almost scary way.
