I'd like to send out my thoughts and prayers to all of my fellow San Diegans who have been affected by the fires.  Fortunately, I have been staying at my parents home in Central California this past week so I don't have to deal with the poor air quality in Southern California. 

Thanks to those of you who were thinking of me during this time.  I'd like to send some good vibes to Crosby Noricks of PR Couture and her friend, Marimello.  Marimello has put together a blog called Witch Fire and is asking for donations of fashion-related items to be sold at this Etsy shop.  Proceeds of the sales will benefit the San Diego Wild Animal Park and Volunteer San Diego.  If you would like to donate any items, email: marimellodesign@gmail.com

I talked with my best friend today and she says that spirits are good in San Diego, despite what many news people out of the state are reporting.  San Diegans have good hearts and we'll get through this...
