The Tommy Hilfiger/Macy's Dilemma
It's been said that Tommy Hilfiger brand hasn't been doing so well as of late, so the exclusive deal with Macy's will hopefully give the company a boost.

Personally, I think Macy's has poor customer service, so if say, Donna Karan decided she wanted to sell her DKNY brand exclusively at Macy's, it might cause a dilemma for me...

Macy's does have terrible customer service. I can't fathom why a decent designer would want to sell there. But Tommy? Over-blown "stuff."
