
Personally, I think Macy's has poor customer service, so if say, Donna Karan decided she wanted to sell her DKNY brand exclusively at Macy's, it might cause a dilemma for me...

Macy's does have terrible customer service. I can't fathom why a decent designer would want to sell there. But Tommy? Over-blown "stuff."
