
This article says that Japan must tailor its fashion strategy in order to "stay ahead of the pack". However, I don't think we should look at it as a competition. I think all countries should just do the best they can to get noticed in the fashion world.
I think if Asian countries tapped into new media whether its pitching to bloggers or just getting involved in social media, they'll start to gain ground and be noticed more.
Any thoughts?

What I like about this particular video fashion show is that the focus in on the clothes. A lot of times there'll be a video of a fashion show and the camera person focuses on the model's face. I just want to shake them and tell them I don't care about the girl, I want to see what see's wearing.
