Forecasting firm Tobe will release a trend report in January that will contain the firm's five big expectations in fashion for 2008:
Scarf - I think every designer should come out with a scarf...everyone (well, almost everyone) wears them! - Fashion sneakers - although they're nothing new to the streetwear scene, fashion sneakers are making their way into the closets of die-hard fashionistas
- See-through clothes - I'm having flash-backs of the 90's
- High-tech fabrics
- Fusion retailing - combining clothes, art, & music. Russell Simmons has been doing this for the past decade. His name comes to mind because I'm currently reading his book, Do You! (A good read, by the way...)
