As someone who pays more attention to the stock price of a brand than what celebrity is actually represeting a brand, I find great pleasure in discovering that Coach shares have hit a 52-week low.
Coach (COH) is one of the companies that I've been following this year - as well as Guess, Inc. (GES ), which I own shares of. I'm the type of investor who looks at a company for long-term growth and I feel that Coach and Guess are companies that will make it far in this business. However, I still hope that Coach doesn't make the same mistake as Gap did.
If you're an investor, another company to keep tabs on is Nordstrom (JWN). The company has seen some pretty good growth in the past few years.
Have you thought about investing in companies that you support?
