I spent some time at the mall the other day - not so much to shop, but more to check out the window displays. When I worked in retail, this was my favorite time of the year because I loved creating the holiday displays. If you recall last year I was in San Francisco and shared some of my favorite holiday windows.
I thought I'd start this "tradition" of sharing holiday displays, so I'm sharing a few windows that caught my eye this year...
At the Fashion Valley Mall here in San Diego, my favorite holiday window is Nordstrom...
The Roberto Cavalli window display caught my eye because of its simplicity. I wouldn't actually say that it's a favorite holiday display, just one that caught my eye because I would have done it a little differently...added some accessories and some color perhaps?
This last holiday window belongs to "Runway", a store for men's and women's clothing. I believe it's locally-owned. It's a little busy for me, but I like the use of art and color in the window.
