
My thinking on this is that customers loyal to Neiman Marcus probably don't care to shop around online to get the best bargain. After all, most of these customers probably don't even have a shopping "budget". They would pay full price for the item if they really liked it.

Speaking of Neiman Marcus, I just discovered that the company has its own blog: NM InSite. The company also reports higher sales and profits.
