What's it like to spend $15 million on the remodel of a store? Well, Dolce & Gabbana have a pretty good idea. WWD reports that the New York flagship store re-opened this week in a 12,960-square-feet spot full of fabulous collections. With about $191 million in sales, there's no doubt in my mind that this design duo is going to slow down anytime soon.
“When we design it’s like a movie. We think of a story and we design the clothes to go with it.” - Domenico Dolce
“We wouldn’t mind if our only contribution to the fashion world was a black bra! We want to produce the best, most flattering clothes.”
